The lower the interest rate or APR, the cheaper the card is to carry and the more money you'll save. Your credit repot has to be excellent to qualify for one of these introductory zero interest credit cards, and your credit score should be above 600. 0% Balance Transfer Deals can be a great tool to lower your interest payments and used as part of a credit card debt strategy. However, there are things that you have to be aware of or you might trip.

Always Pay On Time

After that introductory period of time, the rate will likely adjust to your standard interest rate. During the time of no interest, you may be able to save a substantial amount of money by using these credit lines.

What Does Zero Mean?
